BB into Guaranteed Followup

Characters have varying degrees of frame advantage after a full Break Blow. With enough advantage, you can sneak in a guaranteed hit when they do NOT hit a wall.

Tried with Hitomi. They tech up long before I can even run up to attempt a FT. Kinda weird that a universal mechanic has such a large variation in frame advantage.

Break Blow: Implemented a correction to stop follow-up attacks after a Break Blow on an edge of a stage without walls.
