Fixed Can't "Watch" any forum with only one page

I was viewing various character subforums in the Dead or Alive 5 Discussion hub and tried to use the "Watch Forum" option on a few of them and noticed that some allow it, while others, strangely, do not.

I figured it was worth reporting, so I went ahead and checked all of the subforums in the DOA5 forum to list the ones that can't be watched.

The following subforums do not support the "Watch Forum" option:

ALPHA-152
Bayman
Dead or Alive 5+
Ein
Gen Fu
Jann Lee
Jacky
Leon
Momiji
Pai
Rachel
Rig
Zack

I second this post. The "watch forums" button is missing in several key forums, especially noted in the new 5U character forums.

Sorry for the long delay @Forlorn Penguin.

I have been able to figure out that they aren't showing it because the Watch Thread option is part of the Page Nav container.

That means in order to watch the forum, it has to have more than one page.

You'll notice that Bayman now has the option since he has 2 pages now.
