Found bunch of guaranteed setups on grounded opponent for Pai. As of now only Alpha-152 can techroll out of them.
Keep in mind that attacks on grounded opponent scale independently.
1.After throws (+10 to throw dmg):
(GA) - tricky, you might have to delay it a bit

2.After hi-holds against anyone except Alpha-152 and Super Heavies

Midscreen after normal hold it does 52 Dmg.
Against Alpha-152 use instead of (GA).
3. Juggles after "bad" launchers.

4. Post- juggles.
These are variations of standard juggles. They do less damage, but keep Pai close to opponent.
Tested on Light-weights, might not work on other weightclasses.
