Killer Instinct Trademark Battle Settled

Just recently, Microsoft and Fox came to a settlement to share the rights to the IP on one condition: As long as they don't stray into each other's territory. That said, nothing can stop Microsoft from rereleasing Killer Instinct 1 and 2 now, which means it's a supreme victory for both companies.

I for one, am excited.

Hopefully they'll announce a HD collection of the first two games. Maybe it will lead to them making a 3rd one.
