There appears to be another online survey that just surfaced similar to the previous one a while back, but has expanded on the previous one with even more specific questions (including those regarding gameplay mechanics) as well as an option to add specific comments to each question regarding the alpha demo. This could prove an opportunity for you guys to address further concerns about the game.
