But yeah man, I'm sick of dipshits trying to tell me Marie Rose is not incredibly safe. I'm not fucking retarded. I can read. I can observe. You're not going to convince me she didn't sell her tits for safety up the ass.

So let me get this straight.
She's really safe and a relatively fast grappler-ish character? That's RIGHT up my alley. It's how I played Alpha before she got nerfed to Hell, a little further down, then back again.

Her throws are too lame for her to be a grappler, imo. But with all her OHs and the such, yeah, I suppose I could see "grappler-ish"

except they didn't, because they're not safe, at all.

:6::K: is -9 by itself, so adding a 35 frame spin onto the recovery doesn't magically make it safe. take the recovery away from the parry (35 - 25) and you're left with -19 on guard. same applies to :6::P+K::4:: at -16:, etc.

This is where ignorance comes into play people, and I then smack them. :6::K::4_: Which is going into Rondo BT Btw, not just Rondo itself where she goes back to "NEUTRAL" IS -19 on block. But doing :6::K::4: makes it -4 on block. As is the same for :6::P+K::4_: Which again puts you in Rondo BT making it -16 on block. Instead of doing :6::P+K::4: making it -1. Frame Data don't lie check it yourself, make a video w.e. PS: Learn to check your info before replying. :)

i was talking about :6::K::4: and :6::P+K::4:, not the :4_: variants where you enter bt. regardless though, both versions have the same amount of recovery frames.

if you honestly think those moves are -4 and -1, record yourself doing them and hold guard afterwards, now interrupt them with 17 and 14 frame strikes. i bet you can't guess what happens next... (spoiler: you get hit in the face because they're -19 and -16)

CB = critical burst, looks like they got slammed onto an invisible wall when you land it. follow up is guaranteed if you land a CB
B! = bound, a move that spikes the opponent down and makes them bounce back up off the ground
OH = offensive hold, offensive grab

Why would you ever hold guard after using a parry that has safe follow ups. Its there to stop people from punishing you for throwing out 6K on block because 6K is -9 on block as is 6KK. Lol.... I'm done. 6K4 is again -4 IE you cannot throw punish the person. Try to throw punish and she can use any move from Rondo and they'll HCH'd all day. 6K4P HCH'd sweet free 3H+K all day for me. :) And if you're worried about 6K4P being blocked that's -4 too so again no throw punishment. Its a win win situation if they choose to try and throw you or block up and block the Rondo P anyways.
