Missing health bars in CPU vs CPU?

Hi, I'm from Italy. huge DOA fan for years.
I preordered the game in September, as soon as they announced the release date and the preorder bonuses. later, they also announced an additional Kasumi costume and a steelbook for those who preordered.
then, the release date was shifted 2 weeks later.
then again, they announced the game wouldn't have the online lobbies immediately at launch.
then again again, today, at launch, they told me the steelbooks, with the dlcs, had not been sent yet
seriously Tecmo!? you are going do me like this!?
what did i do wrong!? do I sound too cocky for pretending the things you promised to me at launch!?
i don't know at this point.
if i think they also postponed the release, and they still were not ready at launch.
i don't know, man -_-
