Hello I am just learning to use Paid and want to know three things how to do a guard break that's effective, tech roll move, and forced stand move when someone is laying on ground?

Her only Guard Break is from 3PK, and it's quite gimmicky at best. Not that it'll never work, but you're not likely to get it off too often.
If you just want standard +frames which accomplish the same thing as GBs without the animation, you have 46H+K, P+K, 4P, BT P (all of which are +1), then you have BT 9K and BT 4P (both are +3).
P+K is one of her best force techs. 1H+K is also very effective.
