Balance Phase-4 wishlist (DOA5LR)

Post some things you think TN could do to dig P4 out of bottom tier.

I'll kick things off

- make 3p i11
- p6p/p+k should teleport on guard
- change 8T into OH
- 66K should be safe
- some frame advantage PLEASE

The only thing I think TN could change is giving her 6P one or two points more damage. Her main counter-hit tool should not lose against some i11 mids from other strikers, especially even not if they are at -1 disadvantage.

I think she could use another GB, possibly 9PK. Another way to start teleporting against a guarding opponent besides 66PP. Also I think she should get Kasumi's 46T reset throw to help her open up opponents.

I'd like P4 to get a K teleport on the ground (preferably 3K or H+K). Also, I think if she had Kasumi's 46 T her mixups would be more viable. 3P should also be made safe.

I'd add my own suggestions, but you guys already took them all, so I'll just like the ones I agree with.

EDIT: Hopefully it's already in the works, but tag partners. Alpha is a must, and Kasumi would be most welcome.

Maybe a combo throw based on the Ukifune launcher in NG3RE. Hopefully it wouldn't be overpowered while giving her a tool to open up opponents.

EDIT: Kasumi's 4H+K would be nice.
