So in spectator mode, replay mode, victory/lose pose, movie mode and photo mode there are a ton of stuff that you can do that many people might not be aware of. I'm not really sure why Team Ninja didn't include a tutorial (or at the very least a list of controls) for these modes. Here is a video (posted up by a user by the name of SplitPlaythru) explaining everything you can do in these modes (for PS3):
As for what the "F" setting in photo mode does, the best explanation I could find is this: "With lower "F" setting only the characters will be in focus, while the background will appear blurry. With higher "F" setting everything will be in focus, including the background. You will only see these effects on the photo after you have saved the photo and then view it."
