I think I already made a thread like this back in vanilla or very early Ultimate but since I can't find it, I'm making it again. I want us to list the best juggles each character has after slamming an opponent into a wall. The (very little) community where I live plays in 240 life so we like to send people to walls a lot. I'll list the ones I know, so feel free to post the rest of the characters or better ones.

A lot of the characters you listed have more potential:

--- Not sure about weight class, but it works at least up until Lightweights

First I want to say, :3::3::P:, :4::P::P::P: is very inconsistent on middleweights, and not max damage on lightweights. Therefore I recommend the following:

:3::3::P:, :P::P::P::6::P:
--- For Lightweights
:3::3::P:, :3::P::P::P:
--- For Middleweights (only 1 point less damage than your suggested combo, but works everytime)
:3::P::P::P:
--- For Super Heavyweights

:9::P:, :6::K::4::6::K: --- Works up until Middleweights
:6::K::4::6::K:
--- Super Heavyweights

Your suggested :6::6::P::P::P: doesn't work (maybe only on Alpha, not too sure). Therefore I recommend the following:

:3::P::P:
--- Works on everyone
:8::P::P:, :H+P:
--- :8::P: functions as a wall splat here, works on everyone

:1::P::P::P+K:, Hiten :P+K: --- Not sure about weight class

:K:, BND :4::K::K:, BND :K::K::6::K: --- Lightweights

That's about it for now. I will supply combos for characters later which aren't currently on your list.

Works till Mids. However, if you can get them to a corner, 4KK > 7PKKK does more a lot more damage, but will make you off-axis (thus you need a corner to prevent that). For heavyweights, 8PK6PK will do just fine.
This doesn't work.

33PKKK will do more damage than both of these two. Works up to mids.

I don't see Kasumi's or Kokoro's or Momiji's, so here they are.

Kasumi - 33P > BT 2P > PKK7K works up till mids, PKK7K on heavies.
Kokoro - 9P > 6PPP till mids, just 6PPP on heavies.
Momiji - 6P+K/44P > 6PKK~K till mids, 8P > 6PKK~K for fatties.

After that string if your opponent doesn't recover you can do a forward tank roll grab.

I don't know if this information was mention or not. Or if it's useful.
The first combo I executed my strings quick and my opponent recovers to the left or right side. For the second string the execution of the combo was slow and the opponent stays facing his back to the wall.

Then ignore it, I saw someone saying it in another forum and couldn't test because I'm at work.

EDIT: I edited a few in the first post so it's easier to rely on it.

I'm told Phase-4 can do this: :8::K: (:P+K:), :K: (:P+K:) :K: (:P+K:), :H+P:. Can anyone test it¿
I've gotten that to work off the exploding tanks in Fuel and the jack-in-the-box/jugglers wall in The Show in 5U, but haven't gotten it to work in LR yet. I think it's camera dependent, not sure though.
