I think they're all good except for the Mila and Lisa, IMO. After reading the last 8 pages, folks are just being melodramatic (of course). Come on, the last Halloween pack was not near as good. It had two lame mummies, all kinds of giant hats and a stupid puff the magic dragon. Overall this pack is looking pretty damn good.
And it seems they really stuck to the Sumo Bass design, in all of its ridiculous glory. lol

That's not it. The issue is not the costumes themselves, but the fact they mainly copy pasta a good chunk of the costumes for no reason despite having some good ones.
I don't really care for the fact that they atleast redesigned the succubus costume for Kasumi and made it an angel one, atleast that is far better than Lisa, Bayman, Sarah(fuck her anyway), Pai and Mila getting recycled costumes and Helena and Kasumi getting their costumes from other people despite having some good ones.
I knew that already that not all costumes was gonna be represented, but it still sucks that some of the better ones(Marie's bellydancer costumes and Helena's Enchantress) aren't in at all for instead a costume that is virtually wholesale from Sarah's with no real changes(despite the fact someone drew it) and completely ripped from another character's design.

The thing is their definition of "better ones" "more suitable for x character", etc is all up to their personal discretion as described in the contest. Popular vote at best may be a factor, but TN still has the final say on what gets in and how it gets in which I think alot of people don't understand yet after seeing some twitter/message board reactions.
Yeah there is some obvious cutting corner moments and quite questionable decisions, but this is TN so no surprise here if we look at their past track record on their quality dlc costume decisions that are either recolors/minor adjustments of previous outfits.
As long as one is prepared for a scenario like this then your good.

Momiji's outfit reminds me a little bit of Ahri from League... Still cute though

I think your design has a great chance. It looks like they were running out of time and Leon was one of the characters who got the copy+paste shaft.

See you guys? Leaks spoil all the fun. We would've all been excited, speculating away, and even praising TN on their costume choices for at least a few more days had this not happened.
And so, I... am going to try not to look at these. We'll see how that works.

It was never a guarantee though. That assumption here was that the dev awards were more likely to be selected, but there was obviously no way to guarantee that.

Meh not even mad,werewolf Leon actually looks pretty bad ass to me even though the werewolf concept was done for brad last year Leon's still looks unique with a completely different outfit that has a more modern feel compared to brad's which looked more 19th century era design not to mention with toggleable shades to increase the badassness of it. plus the tag team of big bad wolf Leon and little red riding Tina is now possible.
