New Female Character Teased in DOA5:LR Trailer

The new female character was teased with a brief shot in the latest trailer released by Team Ninja, showing off some of the day 1 DLC costumes available in exclusive bundles.

Also of note is the Steam logo displayed at the end of the trailer, officially confirming a PC release alongside the already announced consoles.

DEAD OR ALIVE 5 LAST ROUND - BONUS COSTUME TRAILER

A date is set at the end of the trailer. "1/15/15" This could be an indication for the full reveal date of the new character.

 

I'm liking how they made the kunai on Ryu's new outfit imitate the Ninja Gaiden 2 teaser trailer's rendition.

Glad they added the feet claws, as well. This is going to be brutal.

 

Not much to see about the new girl at this point except that she looks young, is doing a ninja style hand gesture and has a cute skull and cross bones motif.
Is she something to do with Senran Kagura?

 

...but they do look good. Very good.

It is possible, Squizzo, but I can't think of any strawberry blonde characters with a cutsie skull motiff. I have Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus on my Vita with a complete roster.

 

Wow, Hayabusa as walking armory makes him directly look more terrifying.

Kasumi finally get's a ninja mask too, that's great. And Phase's bikini outfit is also acceptable. Leifang's worse, as always.

 

Those ninja outfits stole the show in this trailer tbh

Ninja2015 are absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't care less about swimsuits.
About new character... oh well... is not what I was expecting. Looks like one little girl more is coming.

 

Another petit Lili-esque character? With a massive rack? How will that work, I wonder.

Also, get ready for uber ranged mixups. Just a guess, but I'm sure it's gonna be another character with skanky tactics.

Well from a sexual side of the matter one of the characteristics of being loli for a character means to get a flat chest and Hayashi stated how the character will make a good use of the new breast engine. I'm pretty sure that the new character will not be part of that category, to get a childish behavior (how seems so far for the addition) doesn't mean necessarily to have the resemblances of very young character, Kasumi Alpha is a good example for it in the DoA series.

Said this the character could be a shinobi, something that go against my predictions for it: now I'm truly curious, this could be the first time that a shinobi character is apparently treated from Team NINJA with a major ironical side. But again, this is something in line with a collaboration Senran Kagura (that so far we still need to know about), so I'm still asking if this new character will not be in the end a guest (but this would be against the words of it being new from scracth, if we didn't misunderstood)

Was it strange? Seems like business as usual. Also note that Christie and Rachel weren't in the trailer either.

 

So pc is confirmed and ninja pack looks infinitely better in game... I'm legit stoked right now even Pai got a cute swimsuit

 

I noticed they buffed Marie Rose's PPP now the second P of PPPP is 236p. I hope they made the 236p safer on block.

I agree and like I said actualy the words of Hayashi should already confirm that is indeed the opposite. But surely the hints given so far make think that she will not be neither a "milf" XD
