Woo your going a bit far here ^^. Do you realize the complexity of that task ? This is not something a single person can do in his room during his free time. It would need years of work for 4 or 5 persons to change characters animation to the point of making realistic in-game rape scene haha. Not a chance man XD
Furthermore, it would be completely pointless do go through such hard times, while you can just extract the models and directly make porn with it. For that fact, we're in the situation PC's version won't change a thing. It's already there, hiding in the dark ready to jump at any mouse movements...
I can't imagine something worst than what's have actually been done, my eyes are still burning after some unfortunate encounter... TT-TT

Don't make a big deal about it and ignore it. Nude mods are inevitable. Focus on the mods that are actually worthy of being showcased.

You're right, but informing other modders that they should keep low profile with some mods don't cost us so much. Ofc it won't work for everyone and there will be twats that don't give a damn about it. Just doing the necessary so as to put on our side those who have enough respect toward DOA to understand is already winning a point

That TN asked modders to be respectful is pointless imho. They can't do anything about it if modders decide to release what they please, and why should they care anyways. Mods will only be seen locally, so it'll not affect online play. Then again, people are already calling TN hypocrits, with what their DLCs look like, and then asking modders to be respectful. It was really a doubtful move, making that statement and I don't think it will change anything in regards to the mods being made or not made for DOA5LR. I also highly discount that TN wouldn't make another PC-game because of mods. If the numbers are right, they'll make another PC-game, if they aren't they won't. Simple as that.

I think that Shimbori was right in doing what he did. He stated what he was afraid of, and tried to ask for respect toward DOA. 100% right.
Where he completely ****ed' up is when he add a threatening to his statement : "we won't make PC game anymore if you do so".
It was a stupid mistake :
1) It angered most fans that felt robbed of DOA6 due to modders
2) Idiotic fans started a war against the modding community (ohh man that was a dumb thing to do...)
3) It won't change the fact that there will be nude mod
4) They will make future PC game if they sell well, whatever happen ( and console market will be dead in 4/5 years so...
) and thus this statement is useless.5) Modders and some fans felt insulted for nothing, calling theme hypocrite while referring to their DLC policy (Which is also stupid of them ). In the end it backfired on TN...
That is humanity for you ! A good intention turned into a useless fire-starter due to a simple communication mistake.
If only Shimbori just asked for respect and gave a simple message as "show what you can show..." or "keep private stuff for yourself..." it would have been smart.
As always, TN suck when it comes to communication and basic "fan-base control" strategy. If only they engaged someone to teach them TT-TT
But well, when a fire start, some of us try to shut it down. I think that my first statement is not that unrealistic, don't give up yet !

Well, at least this is just pixels, and not actual footage of some atrocious crime such as rape. If sexual predator can survive on that, this is perfect and i've got nothing to complain about.
Anyway, even if we all jumped on the task and tried to make it happen in DOA, it wouldn't even be close to this. It's way to complicated.
Boosting graphics and making nude mod through DLC installation is a thing, adding animation, cloth destruction, and "bones" to animate some parts that were not in the game at first... No way it ever happen. Not with such a small community and no tools.

I'm sorry, but PC users might as well kiss DOA on pc goodbye. There's nothing that can be done to stop modders making nudes and other dirty mods to the game. Hopefully the delay is because of something that will be done to prevent this, because on day one, there will probably already be over 1000 dirty mods worldwide.

I personally dont see a problem with sims default nude mods because it would be kinda weird if real life were censored and thats what the sims is trying to simulate.

There were some glitchy sims 3 mods for adults that were places on babies and toddlers by accident and they all looked deformed xD
And the sims doesn't always need to be realistic. There's plumbots, time travelling, and stretchy children so bam xD
Yeah, i can definitely agree. You can't stop a perverted modder from doing nude mods for ANY games. The developers however could try to take certain measures to prevent them. Nintendo has that brick console feature on 3ds that happens if you try to play a bootleg or pirated game via SD card or game files. So why can't TN do a less harsh but similar measure? The warning itself most likely hasn't scared away modders itching to hack and uncloth the females, and the males themselves aren't safe either from that.
i'm going to be bummed out when i see what the modders are going to do to Kasumi...
