Unique Character Changes
Hitomi
-3P+KK low sweep guard crushes (very cool now) :D
-P+K first hit stuns on normal hit.
-5PP6K mid kick stuns on normal hit.
-66PP no longer causes a wall hit.
-4H+K fatal stuns on normal hit.
-Fatal Stuns on Normal Hit:
6H+K, 4H+K, 236P.
-Must reach the end of the stun threshold for average launch height in critStun:
9K, 33P, & 7K.
-Launches on normal hit as if it was counter hit:
9K & 33P.
-Flinch stuns are gone. Just about everything deep stuns on normal hit and counter hit.
-66H+K Critical-Bursts opponents who hold during critical stun.
-Sidestep Attack damage increased from 5 to 15.
-6KKK, 236P, & 66PK during a juggle causes a force-tech opportunity.
-33P launches at a lower height. Max height when used on a fatal stunned opponent.
-33P deep stuns on counter hit instead of launching.
-4P+K (uncharged) doesn’t wall splat.
-9K, 7K, and 4H+K, deep stun during critical stun instead of launching. Normal launch potential in every other situation.
-Removed Wall-Hit: 8PPP, 5KK, SSA, 66K, 66KK, 5K2K, 6H+K, 7KKK, 7KK4K, 5H+K, 66PK, 236P, 46P, 46K, 6P+K, 5KP, and 3K.
-Flinch-Stun Nerf (counter hit): 6P, 3K, 6K, & SSA.
-Flinch-Stun Nerf (Critical Stun): 5P, & 5PP.
-33T (wall) throw damage reduced by 19.
-Sidestep Attack causes a +1 flinch-stun.
-8P+K ground pound damage reduced from 50 to 30.
-236P damage reduced to 28.
-46P damage reduced to 27.
-4P+K does less damage.
-3PK fatal stuns low holding opponents in critical stun.
-7P stuns on normal hit.
-6PP deep stuns sidestepping opponents.
-6KKK causes a hard knockdown.
-PPP doesn’t wall splat
-P+KPP doesn’t wall splat
-6KKK doesn’t wall splat
-3P+KP doesn’t wall splat
-4PPP doesn’t wall splat
-3H+K bounces stunned opponents similarly to DOA4.

Nyotengu
-Back-turned 8K causes a better guard break (actually useful now) :D
-Sidestep Attack doesn’t deal damage. +6 advantage on hit. -4 on block.
-Launches on normal hit:
3P & H+K.
-Fatal stuns on normal hit:
7PP, 4P+K, 46P+K, & 66K
-8K causes a backward tumble in critical stun instead of an outright launch.
-Just about everything deep stuns on normal hit and counter hit (flinch stuns are gone).
-H+K launches at a lower height during critical stun. Max height in fatal stun.
-3P, & 214P no longer launch in critical stun. Normal launch potential in every other situation.
-9PK & Back-turned 4P Critical-Bursts holding opponents in critical stun.
-Removed Wall-Hit: 5K, PP6P, PP4P, 6K, Fly cancel H+K, 46P, 66P, and 4H+K (uncharged).

Mistakes/Inconsistencies/Considerations
-Some characters cannot fatal stun on normal hit with their Fatal Rush.
-Brad’s 33K launch height didn’t change as intended. Will nerf later.
-Hitomi and Nyotengu’s launchers need to be adjusted a bit more.

Fighting System
15. Certain moves cause a fatal stun on normal hit (slow, negative on block, far-reaching moves to be used for spacing).

16. All launchers will launch on normal hit similar to counter hit for consistency.
