You need more jab/6p pressure here. You were going for unsafe moves far too much which gave him more opportunities that he shouldnt have had. I saw quite a bit of throw punishment on your part when he stated holding which is good. Use your 2P sometimes as well as your 7k as a "bitch get off me move" when he tries to pressure you on block.
