DOA5LR Mila 4K Cancel issue

Actually now that I think about it in 5U the stun was minimal but enough that if when the person recovered, tackle transition was useful.

Now its a better poke by itself, however 4H+K used to do what this move does now which makes no sense to me.

This just makes using the transition risky as hell for no reason
And if I'm not mistaken, 4K on neutral hit didn't give a light positive advantage on neutral hit in 5U, I mean.
You're not going to get anything off 4K on neutral hit if you don't cancel the tackle animation. When you cancel the tackle, you are at +0 (+1 at tip range) And if I'm not mistaken, 4K on neutral hit didn't give a light positive advantage on neutral hit. The pushback and hit advantage it has now makes it a better poke, and allows it to work with things like 4H+K, 66K and 66P now.

This moves properties were changed from DOA5U 4K on normal hit would give off more stun, now it leaves Mila VERY open to punishment! Tell Team Ninja !
