@Yue: But clearly it's not truly considered "neutral" because then Jacky's neutral stance Hold would activate when Ayane punches him. If his Hold is not going to activate when he is turning around, then it should not be considered an HCT if he gets thrown while back-turned.

Whether it's a glitch or intentional on Team Ninja's part, it should not be happening.
