You can guess they'll tech and rush in, in which case you're +11.

So 2T into 2P is guaranteed; however, 43P is not. You have to gauge if they're teching up or trying to wake up kick. If they wake up kick, you win with 43P. If they tech, you're at -11. But they don't know that.
