Hitomi's Guaranteed Setup - 46K

After 46K or (sidestep)K connects the opponent enters in type of stun which makes the following moves guaranteed to to land. That "turn around" stun is unholdable and way to hard to SE in time (or "stagger escape", if we're gonna use the new terminology).
