This drastic change to the launcher system may seem too restrictive at first, but I think it has potential. I will make refinements to it in the future.
Honestly, there's no use in having more than one launcher. If you predict that your opponent will hold, use your Burst Punish or throw them.

Estimated mod completion percentage: 8% if this experiment is a success.

Affected Characters
Bayman, NiCO, Helena, Leifang, Diego, Rig, Ayane, Mila, Lisa, Mai, Kokoro, Tamaki, Kasumi, Marie Rose, Rachel, Phase 4, Ryu Hayabusa, Christie, Honoka, Hitomi, Nyotengu, & Eliot

Hitomi
-6K deep stuns on counter hit again.
-4PP deep stuns during critical stun again.
-66H+K Critical Bursts opponents who hold during critical stun.
-Sidestep Attack damage increased from 5 to 15.
-6KKK, 236P, & 66PK during a juggle causes a force-tech opportunity.
-33P launches at a lower height. Max height when used on a fatal stunned opponent.
-33P deep stuns on counter hit instead of launching.
-4P+K (uncharged) doesn’t wall splat.
-9K, 7K, and 4H+K, deep stun during critical stun instead of launching. Normal launch potential in every other situation.

Nyotengu
-H+K launches at a lower height during critical stun. Max height in fatal stun.
-8K, 3P, & 214P no longer launch in critical stun. Normal launch potential in every other situation.
-9PK & Back-turned 4P Critical Bursts holding opponents in critical stun.

Break System
1. The Sidestep Attack damage and effects vary by character (nerfed in general). Slow characters will cause a negative guard break. All Side Attacks will be UNABLE to wall splat.

Fighting System
1. Some launchers must connect on a fatal-stunned opponent to cause a high launch.
The launch height will be average otherwise (testing this idea now with Hitomi and Nyotengu). Only one decent critical stun launcher per character.

14. Extremely slow attacks will now cause a Critical Burst to opponents who use standing holds in critical stun.

Mistakes/Inconsistencies/Considerations
-May increase Nyotengu’s new H+K launch height by a little more if possible (almost useless against heavy-weights).
-I want Hitomi’s 3P+KK low sweep to be a guard break in the future (Trash move. A lot of wind up and too slow).

Fixes
-Hitomi’s Flinch-stun nerf reversed: 6K and 4PP

Bayman
-Mid parry damage lowered by half.
-Side Attack damage nerf from 30 to 15. Does not cause a wall hit. +1 guard break (will make negative in the future).
-41236T damage nerf from 72 to 50.
-5T damage buff from 50 to 72.
-4T damage nerf from 18-30 to 6-28.
-Tank Roll offensive hold damage nerf from 35 to 23. Third part increased by leftover amount.
-Various offensive hold buffs and nerfs.
-9P+K gains a +3 guard break but cannot fatal stun an opponent already in critical stun
-Not a full mod. More to be done at a later date.

NiCO
-Side Attack damage nerf from 30 to 5. Doesn’t wall hit. +2 flinch-stun on ch and nh.
-5T damage buff from 20-25 to 27-35.
-236T damage nerf from 52 to 35.
-4T damage nerf from 56 to 39.
-6T damage nerf from 50 to 33.
-7K causes a +4 guard break but cannot fatal stun an opponent already in critical stun.
-Standard changes made to break gauge techniques and fatal rush. Not a full mod yet.
