Nyotengu inclined floor throw combo

Just a more powerful version of her standard air throw combo. Works on stages with inclines (tlike the destroyed Scramble) or with small ledges next to a wall (such as Depth and many walls in Lorelei).

This works on all lightweights and below in addition to a few midweights, such as Brad.
