I can't believe how it seems Rikiya's model is detailed. Seriously do something more with it, ha-hem...
Molesting other players online like that must either be annoying as heck and/or a gameplay breaker.
I don't think I have anything else to say other that I am sad the Deep Crimson story line has been axed, and that the third title in the sort of 2-D brawler style gameplay will have a story that follows directly after this, instead of the over the top tragic shonen stories of the 3DS games.

It's the same deal.
Hibari's family is a famous clan of Good Shinobi whose blood carries these eyes inherited by birth.
It's not very well explained in the serious, less light hearted games but I have a theory that it probably lets the user control the mind of the victim, and I think Hibari can't use it properly or does not know its full potential.
Hibari used it on Haruka once and Haruka became much less intelligent and talked like a robot, but still fought back.
I could be wrong but Kagura seems to have the same eyes.
ah if thats the case then I'll have to recruit character specialists to my clan

I think her eyes are just the symbol of the Goshin clan, and don't actually do anything special aside from change color.
