Okay, so to begin with: How many game modes are there and how many players are involved? In addition, what is the process going on throughout the matches of all game modes? What are the things that are going on that hinder players from winning? There might be more questions later so bear with me.

First of there are 3 game modes and a monthly rotating game mode, two of these gamemodes are 5v5 whilst one is a 3v3. The premise of these game modes are pretty much all the same, destroy the enemy team's nexus just on a different map. Summoners Rift was the first map of League which is why most people consider that the true map of League.

As for the hinder question, there are a lot of causes. Inters (intentional feeders) on your team which results in a literal 4v5. Also toxic players really lower the team morale, afk players can ruin games too. Or it could be the enemy team picks a champ/comp with no counterplay

There are a lot of other reasons too but theyre similar to the ones ive mentioned above

What do you think is the target audience/demographic/psychographic of the game? Is hand-eye coordination important to succeed in the game? What emotions are aroused in you as you play the game?

Yes they do, for example every 6 minutes there is a dragon that spawns. Whichever team kills it first gets a permanent buff. Also theres a baron buff, a huge buff that spawns after 20 minutes in-game. These buffs could essentially could aid or hinter the team indeed depnding on who gets it first.

League is a very complex game which makes it hard to get into, however I would say these are the primary mechanics one must fundamentally master regardless of who and what role theyre playing. First off, last hitting minions. This basically means dealing the last blow to a minion with your champion, you get the full gold.

Even if youre miles behind the enemy team in gold income farming can put you back in the game. It's a crucial skill that is necessary for EVERY role, even supports. Supports are champs who support their ADC in the bot lane. When the ADC is absent it helps the support sometimes to grab the farm
