Their lobby systems , SCVI has preset chat and once you’re in spectator mode you can’t leave, you have to wait until the fight is over. In Tekken you can chat freely but as soon as the host leaves the whole lobby disconnects which is pretty annoying.

I really hope they get rid of 16 man lobbies, fix the netcode because all doa games had bad netcode. And Doa5 lobby system felt way too much like a call of duty one from 2009.

16 player lobbies can be fun for tournaments. It’s fun to play with 15 other people and have fun in the game chat.

It seems fun but once you lose, a good 30 min until the next fight. A good reason why other fgs do up to 8player or 6 players lobbies are better stability in matches. I do agree on improving online features but it's not magic since certain things need to give.

@Onryoki Ignore him. All he does is come to this site to troll DOA and talk shit. I haven't seen him say anything productive or positive to DOA since he's got here. @Brute.

Things can be criticised, but if you criticize everything I wonder if this the right game for you. You never really seem to talk about DOA except when you have something negative to say about it.

@Onryoki he's actually not always negative. Master Legend sometimes has his moments with DOA players (just certain ones), & sometimes he triggers people, but he actually likes DOA. I'm not taking up for him, but I've had my discussions. @Force_of_Nature if I'm being honest, you had your moments like this too with numerous games. He's entitled to his opinion.

If he feels this way, then fine. @oMASTER LEGENDo knows that he sets himself up troll @times. I have my moments too mechanically, but I pick & choose time/places who to have the conversations with in terms of mechanics. I like most of the changes to them so far. I just choose not to have many here because I don't want people to think I'm always like that when I clearly love the game & series & still play it.

Maybe it's different in places I haven't witnessed, but in this specific case, Master Legend just proposed a change that he feels would make DOA better. That's criticism, not trolling/shitposting.

When do I go to a game's site to talk negatively about it on a regularly basis? He doesn't only criticize DOA, he takes every opportunity to take jabs at it as if he has a chip on his shoulder with regards to it (which I suspect, which I'm sure goes back to about 2015). In this case, almost no one defends the "shit netcode", everyone knows it can be improved in this case (though FG's are generally just shit online).

Honestly, I feel Master Legend is like myself. He feels forced to enjoy certain games in order to fit in with the cool kids. After going through this for a while now, I'm beginning to understand him a lot better.

I'm not about to go all into here on someone else's status, but I've seen you have your share of criticism of games like Injustice, Street Fighter, & such. We even had the cop out discussion about them with plenty of ppl . It's not even serious. It's usually a constructive conversation about it. I was posting because I actually like what @Onryoki said about SC online, but I've also been around the dude. He's not like that & you're making him out to be this bad guy of a troll when he's really not.

When have I ever gone to an Injustice, SF, etc. site to criticize and bash the game mostly while promoting Tekken or SC? Hint: I don't do that because it's a dick thing to do. Since he's "returned" here, I rarely see anything positive from him with regards to DOA. Just the usual bashing DOA while subtly promoting Tekken & SC.
