Diego's okay in my opinion, plus he can't be easily judged character-wise because we barely know anything about him. NiCO on the other hand is like Marie Rose and Honoka, outside of their main personality traits they rarely show any other emotions, they're just there for fanservice mostly (MR and Honoka only for now). All three of them are 18 years old but they look like 16 too of course.

At least NiCO has great selection of boots to rock. Marie Rose's swag is not great. The best thing about NiCO is she has nice clothes. Diego seems interesting gameplay wise but holy hell he has the personality of a toothpick.
