But yeah, both bright and dark areas look terrible in DOA6. I'm hoping that you can correct it on PC to an extent, either through graphical options (I wish) or third-party mods.

something about colosseum night is really off though. it's like you accidentally loaded a glitched colosseum (day) with the skybox gone or something. it's just completely devoid of atmosphere

It doesn't have any atmosphere at day time, either. Unless "overexposed" counts as "atmosphere."

i don't like it much, but the day time did have a "really shitty noon why are you even outside" atmosphere which is still better than fighting in space
