You can't NOT pay attention to the physics when it's so desperate for your attention. Why would it jiggle that much when the girl is barely moving at all? Body physics are great when they make sense/aren't forcefully shoved down the viewer's throat; this is just another low IQ "take a gratuitous feature and go to town with it" bad design and bad taste.
