If it has any excuse to more like MK9 and not X, I'm fine with that. Perhaps not particularly the combos. I kinda thought the run isn't accommodating to the way the movement is in MK period. 3 did it better considering how the game was played for that time period. Imo there's some games that work better being combo heavy to the point of anime and others not so much. I'm ok with MK if it decides to do be or not.

Then again I'm kinda of a lazy bastard when it comes to combo structure. Despite my execution with the VF characters for their combos. Never was really guy on long combos. I can learn em if I really like the game. Long combos to me, which are perhaps equivocal in nature. Cont-

Inherently make the game more accessible. Is why I think in the long run, games like SC are harder for some players is because the combos aren't long and neutral is where the difficulty lies. Space control etc. People can't mask other areas of weakness with long combos. This is what VF5FS tried to do in a way, whether we see it as evolution or not.

Wanna give MK11 another go, Erron Black is fun haha, though yeah it may just be a side game at best for me. Interesting point @Hold_Junkie93 I feel that's why people can get into Tekken moreso than other 3D fighters, because the game has a lot of focus on long combos so a lot of people that play that game focus on trying to hit their favourite launcher into 40%+ combos more than other elements.
