Are you fucking kidding me? Raidou has the worst movement in the game. Is literally minus after landing his 66T offensive hold. He has unsafe block breaks besides his 40 frame kicks and his slow projectile. After Raidou GB’s somebody he got nothing to follow up with, he has a 11 frame high, 13 frame mid. His GB’s are safe but leave him minus enough to not be able to follow up with something. So yeah he needs buffs.
