Actually, Lisa is perfect imo. Only buff I'd ask for would be a damage buff on the Deja Vu to 78 NH.

The problem is just that she's not stupid crazy like some other characters so it feels like she needs buffs to compensate. But if those characters were properly built, I'd have no issues with Lisa at all.

Only thing I honestly think she needs is deeper stuns. Other than that shes alright.

I miss 1P every now and then lol. I personally think 18f is to slow. Why is it only (generalization) her crush that gets nerfed? Many other characters still have theirs that were/are MUCH faster and just as useful. An example of a change would make would be to speed up her 2K to 14f instead of 16. Her lows are WAY to slow. Not a drastic change, but would give her a more viable low for mix-up.

Although, I also see all of your points. I do want her to be "better", but am content with how she is.

Be thankful she actually has lows that can be used for more than comic relief.

She really doesnt have the best of lows though. Yes she does have 50/50 lows like 66pk and 66pp, 1kk and 1k2k , or 6kk and 6k2k but her lows are either slow, unsafe or easy to see coming or even all 3. BT 2p is a good stun on NH low though.
