Yeah, maybe.. But, I just find Kasumi weird, compared to Phase 4. Her moves are way harder to remember, and I honestly think her Teleports are harder to perform. I might start training her again, who knows, but as of right now, I'll stick with Kasumi and Alpha-152 for my Kasumi-fix.

Her teleports might be harder if you're used to Phase but they have larger frame windows than Phase's do. If you play Phase 4 you shouldn't have a problem with her 7K, 66PP, and 66K~K (which isn't a teleport but requires similar timing to Phase's 6PK~ten
As for her movelist I do like that it's smaller in a way because there's less to know xD

There's a lot of things I could do with Kasumi, but the amount of things I could not do, is even greater. The moves you mentioned, I had no problems with, but there was a lot of other moves I just couldn't get myself to do. Haha, yeah, her move list is smaller, but I still prefer Phase's.. XD
