Lol, well, I like having a Main.. XD My Main is usually my "go-to" Character if I actually want to win. Lately, that Character has been Phase 4 and Momiji more than Tina.. Therefore, I have a hard time deciding whether or not to change my Main.

Then again, not having a Main is probably the better option. Just have them all as three of my best Characters, instead of "Mains".

I just picked Helena at a recent tourny because even tho' my Rachel is pretty good, it feels more like an achievement when I win with Helena because she's a harder character to play.

Ah, I see. Helena is a really fun character, and I love using her. But, I'm terrible as her.. >_> But I do feel like winning as harder Characters is an achievement as well. Like, I feel better about winning as Phase 4 than I do when I win as Tina.

Exactly. I use tons of characters as well and never had a main until last week. Mostly the character you use the most is considered your main, like your DOA record says.

I guess that is true. In that case, Phase 4 should be my Main by now, lol.

In the end you shouldn't really worry about it. A real main character is not needed, haha.

Haha, I actually agree with that. In the end, I'll just end up using the Character I feel like using anyway.

I agree that it feels more satisfying to win with a harder character like Phase 4; it gives a challenge to win.

I would say your main character is the character you feel most comfortable with, not necessarily the character you played the most.

That is why my main character is Momiji. Although I consistenly win more games with Rig than Momiji, I feel more comfortable with Momiji.

Well, yeah, I would agree with that, and in that case, it would be a tie between Tina and Phase 4. But, I just feel like if I'm going to have a Main, I want it to be someone I don't see a lot of people use; Phase 4 fits that category. And lately, Phase 4 has won me more fights than any other Character.

I don't have a 'true' main as well. I like playing as Momiji, Rig, Jacky and much more characters. You don't really need a main like Pic said. Just play the characters you like playing

Jaimy, everyone feels comfortable with Momiji because you can safely mash with her. Haha.

Yeah, I know. I mostly use Tina, Phase 4 and Momiji, +++, so they are all "mains" in a way..
Haha, Momiji is an easy masher, but she can also be a pretty advanced character if you actually want to use her "correctly".

Mashes with Momiji. Gets held T_T.
Mashes with Rig. Gets away with everything.

There is no mash with Momiji.
