Helena is high tier. Nerfing a high tier character means better character balancing

From speculation, I'm hearing it may have something to do with player feedback over there. Hayabusa, Akira, Kasumi, Kokoro & Eliot are dominating over there. While over here we are getting a different matter of results.

I cannot speak from that Helena throw setup and attack damage..but upon checking. It's still good damage.

eliot is dominating so he's getting buffs? And if kasumi was dominating why would they lower her execution barrier to non existent??? Like certain things make no sense what so ever

They don't at all. Which is why this patch is low average at best. I'd give it a 4.5/10. - IGN style.

I just really don't understand the bt 66k nerf, that was one of her few safe ways to approach but i guess i have 66p back :s

and fuck her qcb+T nerf, that throw was fine
