Honestly, the only way to use it is from frame advantage or on a big knockdown. The move itself is like 32 frames and it only low crushes. So it's best to use it when you expect someone to do a low wake up kick or when you expect them to just tech up. Nine times out of Ten, you'll get them on block with it meaning you can make the next move.

If you catch them on hit, you got damage. Unfortunately there's no Oki set up for it so you can gamble on a 2P to add pressure but I can't guarantee you'll end up safe...
