I don't have the game, but it might be helpful if you give more details. What type of crash, what's involved, what are the details of the data you've loaded, etc.

Well, I tried to add a new DLC file for Phase 4 and it crashed my game. I removed the file from the Steamapi and the game still crashes.

The Data is Mila's school costume outfit over Mila that was swapped in Texture Tool and compiled together via DLCtool.

Sounds to me like it or the game created a file and it still exists, but since not all the necessary data is there, it's crashing. Therefore, you have to try to overwrite that slot with something so it overwrites the bad data.

If i'm right, the extra details of the crash might include something along the lines of "File not found" or "access exception violation"

Worst case scenario, re-installing the game should work, but if that takes a while, it might be best to avoid that route.

Trying that now, looking for a phase 4 DLC I can replace it with.

Oh you updated with something new. I mean't i'm trying to replace the broken file with a new one.
