It depends on what settings the boob physics are on I think. Natural and off disable it, but LR and OMG mode enable it

Has to be on LR or higher. To break the clothing you have to either get a Critical Burst or a special camera KO.

Thanks for the clarification XZero... I don't own the next generation version and in the video that I saw very likely I mistaken the LR mode for the DoA one.
