@Kasumilover98 - theclassybutler was asking for easy and viable characters. In my opinion, Marie Rose and Kasumi have a relatively high level of complexity compared to the rest of the cast so that would not meet his criteria.

Marie Rose complexity? I wouldn't consider her complex. Likely more moderate than the cast. Kasumi I can agree with.

I'd recommend Hayate, Ein or Gen Fu. All of them have simple inputs, good damage, basic setups. Hayate and Ein play somewhat similar to Hitomi. Kasumi would require you to adapt your whole play style more since she is almost close-range only and you would have to think a bit more which buttons you press due to higher unsafety.

Learn jann lee or gen fu, or christie
