It's a pretty bad habit that you should try breaking if at all possible. Mainly because low holds take a while to recover from, you can be easily launched by mid launchers, and generally, slow escaping and countering based on what your opponent's next strike couldn't potentially do are much better options.

He's saying that his opponent was spamming low holds, not himself.

Oh, shit. I need my reading glasses. Haha. Either way, what I said still applies here. Just launch them with mids after you build up a stun, and teach them to stop that shit.

It's not a bad thing. I've lost countless times to low hold spamming people as well. What I would suggest is that you try to figure out their pattern. In which Critical Stun Level do they usually low hold? How many times do they do it overall? etc. Once you've figured that out, you can start punishing those low holds with mid launchers and low throws.

I always find it funny when people try to low hold at Lv.2 or 3. Like bruh, do you want me to get a CB?
Tbh though, I also have the habit. SEing makes things so much better.

From what I've observed, people do not usually tend to low hold in Critical Stun Level 2 or 3 since they fear the CB (and almost all CB's are mid strikes). But when someone actually low holds, varies from player to player, of course.

What people here said brah. Don't play the stun game as much, just launch them even if it is ftom LV1 and get your free, guaranteed damage, you'll do them and yourself a favor. :)
