That won't hold up in court since it was not functional and is "beta".

In that case you could already take them to court for not giving us online in 3 months as promised.

But no one is doing it and they never will.

Someone will. Nvidia got taken to court for the gtx 970 3.5gb thing.

And that wasn't a big thing either, not to mention steam will get involved, they got involved for journey of light (incomplete game) and refunded everyone.

The amount of people using Nvidia is way higher than those using the PC version of DOA LR. Nvidia is also an American company, whereas KT is Japanese. Nvidia probably has more money to go after, as well.

Class-action lawsuits aren't easy and I don't see one being started over this.

Well then steam will get involved trust me. Same thing happened to Journey of light, it was an incomplete game. Someone posted it on reddit/r/pcmasterrace, it got noticed and steam personally gave refunds to everyone regardless of how long you owned the game.
