She has two different "izunas" in Razor's Edge so idk why she didn't get one when Phase did. One went to Phase the other is limited to her cliffhanger throw iirc

exactly!? she has a ton of launchers for combos already might as well give her a grapple also- one that doesn't do crazy damage but is still cool substitute to pulling off combos some might find tricky.
