They're pretty much polar opposites. Nyotengu is extremely slow, has a limited set of moves, does an incredible amount of damage and has very good range on most of her moves.

Honoka on the other hand, is super fast, has tons of moves, does lackluster damage and has the worst strike range in the game.

I'l take Reach over Speed anyday

Neither they both suck. Stick with your main.
