If you can find a situation where you can buy that much time for it to FT, I don't see why not. There are only two things I use H+KP for. Unholdable after 6T or if I can score a 5 meter knock back into a hazard.

You and DB said almost the same thing lol. A palm or 6P, 3P, 3K twice in a stun or in LV3 stun will buy you enough time for the FT, you're also relatively safe if the opponent techs, i'll keep using it and see how it goes.

With those kind of knock downs, come at them with a 66, 43P, 8. If they don't tech immediately, you score a free tech up and you're right next to them.
