Free Step Dodge

This sums up my experience with it pretty much.

It's a turn based RPG, not a reactive fighting game. Once you figure that out its awesome.

When you don't have the experiance of good offline matches it's easy.

Online is all I have and the best I can do with it is study matchups and not play online so much, it's a struggle. I wish I had an offline scene here.

I don't know how you guys can play offline, much less be sociable with everyone. Everytime I go to a tourney, it feels like I'm spending more time trying to impress people because being myself hardly ever works.

And I always find myself raging internally when I come up short.

Simple answer: Don't go to impress people. Be yourself. If yourself is being inclusive and not talking to anyone then don't talk to anyone and politely dismiss anyone who wants to talk or interact with you. "Hey, I'm sorry, but I don't want to talk to anyone at this time."

I've gotten really salty at online since NEC. Like, REALLY salty. However, it's all I've got.

It irks me whenever I predict a move is coming or react to it, my holds doesn't come out. It's impossible to hold on reaction online.

Trying to punish Momiji's 66PP or Rachel's 1PP is hilarious online. It's like, why even bother...

After you get back from an offline event with a laggy monitor, online feels like heaven.
