Damn, James. To think that this is the same guy who wrote an entire CVS2 guide. He mentioned Mai in it all of those years ago and he seemed to actually like the character (despite the fact that she's only midtier). There has been an awful lot of people making a big deal over females in video games for past couple of years now and it is getting really tiresome.

What makes it funnier is that someone on GameFAQs stated he's only like that because of the fact she is only wearing underwear instead of anything else...ignoring the fact that her second alt in USFIV is ALSO wearing nothing but underwear as bottoms in her outfit either.
