I've never noticed any choppy or static inputs, but certain moves like 6KKK4K and BT K6K do look unnatural.

Yeah, she steals peoples moves too, what a lazy excuse for a character. That fucking character needs to die. But seriously, she is perfect proof that anime was a mistake.

yeah... her attacks look very um, STIFF. I think it's because they didn't use motion capture like they did with most of the cast.

That's the word, stiff lol. It's just especially jarring because everyone else's are so smooth and fluid and she's just moving around like a duck.
Brute
Several characters have crappy, stiff-looking animations. Momiji, Honoka, Raidou, etc.
