No, you don't choose what you like and what you don't like. I hate broccoli for example. I can't choose the other day to like broccoli all of a sudden. That's impossible. You act like people choose their sexuality like they shop for clothes.

Well In my case, I used to only like boys, but after some hentai, I have grown to love girls, and want to be with other girls, I choose to be Bi in order to be with both genders.

I think you always liked girls in that way but never considered and thought about it. No one can force feelings. Like I can't convert straight guys to go bi.
