And the reason behind it is quite sad to me. I've saved to go to tournaments and then not been able to go, I've had medical problems in my family and I spent years of my life being mediocre at this game, but loving it and enjoying the community and the show people have put on.

I spent months trying to promote the game at my local arcade and have been told nothing will work to attract a soul. I've been to one official offline. I'm stressed and tired about all of it and I haven't done a thing. I feel worthless and a pointless addition to the community. Maybe my time of trying is up and I won't have anything left to give.

& Just coming back after taking over a year off, due to medical~issues, (as well as still being on The Ps3~Version) I've noticed how the majority of The~Online~Community has COMPLETELY Flipped/Changed (most going to Ps4, obviously), growing Increasingly~More~Toxic. However, There ARE Bright~Spots, among The~Clouds!!!

I hate doing news articles because yours are so much better. I'm mediocre too, I've just been in the community for so long that I've played against many people. I believe I'm coming on 13 years competitively speaking. An additional 5-10 before that as a fan. Family always comes first.

Treat tournaments like vacations and you'll see your stress won't be so high. If anyone should be stressed it's me as I'm running my own game studio on the side, have to maintain my image as a community manager for my local maryland players, that includes my skill level, trying to get into competitive overwatch, lose some weight, gain some muscle,

prepare a new Bass costume, study my Japanese, maintain my house, do my normal 40 hr salary job, and find some money each month to keeping this and FSDJ up and running. So yeah. You take it one step at a time, focus on the most important thing to you and resolve it, then move to the next newest important thing to you.
