This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think they should let DOA5 rest in peace now...and work on a new one instead. :/

Well technically Ryu is also a guest since he also first appeared in Ninja Gaiden.

I don't know why everyone wants a new DOA so much. The gameplay and graphics of 5 are far from being outdated. With more stage releases it can hold up fine for quite some time.

Everyone? XD Thought that was just me. While the characters still look great (better than Tekken7 or KOFXIV at least) the stages already looked outdated when DOA5 released. They never reached DOA4's splendor. The DLC stages don't look that much better.

DOA4 had splendor? oh visually? Oh.

I guess. Frankly compared to the competition DOA has the most impressive stages bar none if only due to the fact that you can actually move throughout them.

Even with a DOA6, they will repeat with what they did with DOA5, milk it.
Better to stay on DOA5.

I honestly gotta agree with Brute on this one. While there are players that are getting bored of DOA5(and no one can really blame them that much), the gameplay, graphics and stages still hold up very well.
And DOA6 will still be more of the same anyway.

I'd rather they take this time and truly figure out what is their direction for DOA6 rather than just rush and make DOA5.5 and call it DOA6.
