What happened?

@Force_of_Nature Still curious about that statement myself.

basically there was someone who, as explained, tried to essentially discredit the work of many people in the community who put time and effort into finding tech by saying that they're not even going to be able to pull it off in a real match or some dumb shit like that.

then, in the most contradictory twist ever, tells them to stop making tech that "they can't even use", and try to practice for a future tournament so that they "stop wasting their time." like, does this person not see what a little statement like that can do to the very players they're calling out?

statements like that are only going to discourage the more naive, but still competent players from even wanting to show up at tournaments. so I have a hard time seeing the logic in this person's argument.

@raika-snow Oh, I understand now and probably know who you referring to. It's funny how the person discouraging those who are willing and committed to help the new or those who are still inexperienced in understanding and learn new techs in order to improve and have optimism in learning and continue to keep playing.

Yet one of the incompetent players who was discouraged because that person lacked in learning or new techs who by the way is still till this very day is terrible at using those "unusable techs".
